AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 83(a),
(b), (c), and (d) and Sections 84(a), (b), (c), and (d) and
TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT WITHOUT AMENDMENTS
Section 85(a) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume and 1969 Supplement), title "Alcoholic
Beverages," subtitle "Hours and Days of Sale," to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 19 (i) of Article 2B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1969
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Beer, Wine
and Liquor Licenses," and to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Section 103(a), 103(d) and 103(e) of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1969
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Hours and
Days of Sale," and to repeal Section 103(b), of said Article, title,
and subtitle, to revise the hours and days of sale of certain alcoholic
beverage licenses in Prince George's County; to pertain to the issu-
ance and license fee for a Class B, Beer, Wine and liquor license in
Prince George's County, to provide for off-sale privileges both
across the bar and from separate facilities and to provide for
restrictions on same, to limit those Class B licenses haying off-
sale privileges to those having such a permit and facilities upon
the effective date of this Act, to define a restaurant for the pur-
poses of this section, to set standards for the issuance of a Class
B license, to provide for compliance with same, to provide for the
issuance of said license to agricultural associations and legitimate
theatrical productions, to provide for a Class B license with a
limited period of time and the fee therefor, to provide for a special
Class B license known as a Class BH license which shall be issued
only to hotels, to define hotels, to set the fee for said license, to
provide for hours and days of sale for said license, to provide for a
special "on-sale" Sunday permit to the holders of a Class B license,
to provide for restrictions on said Sunday permit, to set the hours
and days of sale for the Sunday permit and to provide for the
annual fee for such a special Sunday "on-sale" permit, and relating
generally to the revision of hours and days of sales of alcoholic
beverages in Prince George's County and further relating gen-
erally to a revision of the alcoholic beverage laws in Prince
George's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 83(a), (b), (c), and (d) and Sections 84(a), (b),
(c), and (d) and Section 85(a) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code
