9 degrees.- 36'30" West with Ballenger Creek Road to the North
branch of Ballenger Creek, thence with Ballenger Creek to the Monoc-
acy River, thence up the Monocacy River to a point South of Biggs
Ford Road and the present North boundary of District No. 2,
thence with present boundary of District No. 2 to Fort Detrick,
thence with boundaries of Fort Detrick in an Eastern and Southerly
direction to the place of beginning.

7-21 Election DistrictTuscarora

The boundaries and outlines of Tuscarora Election District No.
21 shall remain as presently defined except in so far as a small
segment in the Southeast corner of said District is incorporated into
Frederick Election District No. 2, as hereinbefore defined and set
out in Section 7-2 of this Chapter.

7-24 Election DistrictBraddock

The boundaries and outlines of Braddock Election District No.
24 shall remain as presently defined, except in so far that a small
segment in the East corner of said District is incorporated into Fred-
erick Election District No. 2, as hereinbefore defined and set out
in Section 7-2 of this Chapter.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1970.

CHAPTER 655
(House Bill 1523)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 164,
165, 169 and 170 of the Code of Public Local Laws of St. Mary's
County (1965 Edition, being Article 19 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "St. Mary's County," subtitle "Sanitary
Districts," to revise the scope of, the basis for, and the method of
payment of the annual assessment; the method of payment of the
service charge, including the right to require an advance deposit;
and the method of payment for required connections; and to au-
thorize the Commission to enter into certain contracts.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 164, 165, 169 and 170 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of St. Mary's County (1965 Edition, being Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "St. Mary's County," subtitle
"Sanitary Districts," be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

164. Charges for connections.

(a) Charges. For the purpose of paying the interest and prin-
cipal of the bonds issued by said Commission as in this subtitle
provided for the water supply, sewerage or drainage systems to be
