(6) all cases or proceedings in which any application for writ of
habeas corpus has been granted or denied and from which a right
of appeal or review is granted by Section 25 of Article 41 or by
Section 19 of Article 42 of this Code or by any other laws of this
State.
(7) all actions or proceedings for contempt of court from which
a right to appeal is granted by Section 7(e) or 18 of Article 5 of this
Code or by any other laws of this State.
(8) all adoption proceedings from which a right to appeal is
granted by Section 84 of Article 16 of this Code or by any other
laws of this State.
(9) all custody proceedings from which a right to appeal is
granted by Section 19 of Article 5 of this Code or by any other laws
of this State.
(10) all cases, suits, or proceedings in which any prayer or claim
for alimony, annulment of marriage, custody, divorce, guardianship,
maintenance, non-public support or visitation has been asserted and
from which a right to appeal is granted by Sections 6 or 7 of Article
5 of this Code or by any other laws of this State.
(11) all cases or proceedings relating to child care or child place-
ment from which a right to appeal is granted by Section 26 of Article
88A of this Code or by any other laws of this State.
(12) all paternity proceedings from which a right to appeal is
granted by Section 66K of Article 16 of this Code or by any other
laws of this State.
(13) all suits or proceedings concerning the propriety of the
granting or denial of any approval or license by the Maryland State
Board of Censors and from which a right to appeal is granted by
Section 19 of Article 66A of this Code or by any other laws of this
State.
(14) all suits or proceedings initiated under Article 59 of this
Code involving the question of the mental condition of any person
and the propriety of the voluntary or involuntary admission or deten-
tion of such person in any Veterans' Administration Hospital or in
any facility licensed by or under the jurisdiction of the Department
of Mental Hygiene of the State of Maryland.
(15) all workmen's compensation cases and any other cases or
proceedings under Article 101 of this Code from which a right to
appeal is granted by Section 56 of Article 101 or by any other laws
of this State.
(16) all cases in which any claim for property damage, per-
sonal injury or wrongful death allegedly inflicted or suffered through
the instrumentality of any motor vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer, as
those terms are defined by reference to Section 2 of Article 66½ of
this Code, has been asserted.
(17) all other actions, cases, causes, suits or proceedings from
which a right to appeal to the Court of Special Appeals is granted
by any section of this Code or by any other laws of this State.
