required in the year immediately preceding the year for which such
license is issued; and provided in the case of organizations composed
exclusively of members who serve in the armed forces of the United
States, which are affiliated with a national organization, such a
license may be issued if the club has fifty or more bona fide members
paying such dues as were required by its national organization in
the year immediately preceding the year for which such license is
issued. The annual fee for a license issued under this subsection shall
be [two] five hundred [and fifty] dollars [($250.00)] ($500.00).

21.

(e-1) In Caroline County the annual license fee shall be one
thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and all alcoholic beverages sold under
this license must be consumed on the premises.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS
SECTION SUCH LICENSE SHALL AUTHORIZE THE SALE
OF BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE
PREMISES ONLY.

(j) Such licenses shall be issued only in Baltimore City, Allegany,
Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Caroline, Charles, Cecil, Garrett, Howard,
Kent, St. Mary's and Washington counties and in the towns of North
Beach and Chesapeake Beach in Calvert County and in the Town
of Ocean City in Worcester County.

(c) In Calvert [County] and Caroline Counties it shall be law-
ful for any licensee, by making application in the manner elsewhere
described in this article, to obtain any type of license under this
article, for the same premises, upon compliance with the provisions
of this article, and upon the payment of the fees herein prescribed
for each class of license.

65.

(b)    In Caroline County [a license shall be good for one year
from the date of issuance, unless sooner revoked by the board of
license commissioners of said county] all licenses shall be dated as
of the date of issue and shall expire on April 30 next after its
issuance. All licenses issued prior to July 1, 1970, shall expire on
July 1, 1970, and there shall be a pro rata refund made to the licensee
of any unexpired license fees.

83.

(c)    The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class
C beer license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12
o'clock midnight, except in Montgomery County there shall be no
sale before 11 o'clock a.m. and in Caroline County, where alcoholic
beverages may be sold under the license from 6 o'clock a.m. until
2 o'clock a.m. the following day.

84.

(e) Except in Caroline County, the hours during which the
privileges conferred by a Class H beer and light wine license may
be exercised shall be from 9:00 o'clock A.M. to 12 o'clock midnight.
