THIS STATE GOVERNING NET FISHING. PERMITTEES
SHALL ANNUALLY SUBMIT TO THE DEPARTMENT SUCH
CATCH RECORDS AS MAY BE REQUIRED; FAILURE TO DO
SO SHALL BE CAUSE FOR DENIAL OF RENEWAL OF THE
PERMIT.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT relating to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District,
to repeal Sections 83-63(c) and 71-11 (c) of the Public Local Laws
of Prince George's County (1963 Edition) and of the Montgomery
County Code (1965 Edition), respectively, and to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Sections 83-69 (a) (b) and 71-17(a)
(b) of said Codes, respectively, being Articles 17 and 16, respec-
tively, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, titles "Prince
George's County" and "Montgomery County," subtitle "Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District," relating to bond anticipation
notes which may be issued by the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District and providing for increasing the maximum maturity
period of such notes and the maximum rate of interest which may
be paid on such notes, and specifying the maximum amount of
such notes which may be issued and outstanding at any one time.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 83-63(c) and 71-11(c) of the Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1963 Edition) and of the Montgomery
County Code (1965 Edition), respectively, being Articles 17 and 16,
respectively, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, titles
"Prince George's County" and "Montgomery County," subtitle
"Washington Suburban Sanitary District," be and they are hereby
repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That Sections 83-69(a) (b)
and 71-17(a) (b) of the Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County (1963 Edition) and of the Montgomery County Code (1965
Edition), respectively, being Articles 17 and 16, respectively, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, titles "Prince George's
County" and "Montgomery- County," subtitle "Washington Suburban
Sanitary District," be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, and all to read as follows:
83-69. (71-17).
(a) Authority to issue. The Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission, on behalf of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Dis-
trict, is authorized and empowered, at any time and from time to
time and in such manner as it shall determine, to borrow money for
