AN ACT to add new Section 602B (f) to Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1969 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments," subtitle "Venue, Procedure and Sentence," subheading
"Police Mutual Aid Agreements," to follow immediately after
Section 602B (e) thereof, to provide that policemen and certain
related persons coming into this State pursuant to reciprocal
agreement are authorized to enforce the laws of this State.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 602B (f) be and it is hereby added to Article 27 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Supplement), title "Crimes and
Punishments," subtitle "Venue, Procedure and Sentence," subhead-
ing "Police Mutual Aid Agreements," to follow immediately after
Section 602B (e) thereof, and to read as follows:
602B.
(f) The policemen and other officers, agents, and employees com-
ing into this State pursuant to a reciprocal agreement as provided
for elsewhere in this section, are authorized to enforce the laws of
the State of Maryland to the same extent as if they were duly
authorized law enforcement officers of any county or municipality
in the State of Maryland.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, subsection (a)
of Section 20, subsection (d) of Section 23, and subsection (a) of
Section 24, of Article 100 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition, 1964 Replacement Volume and 1969 Supplement),
title "Work, Labor and Employment," subtitle "Employment of
Minors," and to repeal subsections (e), (f), (h), (i), and (j) of
Section 24 of the same article, title and subtitle, and to renumber
subsection (k) of Section 24 of the same article, title and subtitle
as subsection (e) thereof; to extend employment opportunities for
minors, to simplify procedures for issuance of employment cer-
tificates, to eliminate certain administrative actions applicable to
the issuance of employment certificates, and to authorize collection
of a fee for duplicates of employment certificates issued by the
Department of Labor and Industry.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

subsection (a) of Section 24, of Article 100 of the Annotated Code
