(b)    Any person failing to stop or to comply with these require-
ments under these circumstances, upon conviction, shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor.
             

(c)    The commissioner shall revoke the driver's license and any
nonresident operating privilege of the person so convicted.

§ 10-103. Accidents involving damage to vehicle or property.

The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident resulting only in
damage to a vehicle or other property which is driven or attended
by any person shall immediately stop the vehicle at the scene of the
accident or as close thereto as possible, but shall forthwith return to
and in every event shall remain at the scene of the accident until he
has fulfilled the requirements of section 10-104. Every stop shall be
made without obstructing traffic more than is necessary. Any person
failing to stop or comply with these requirements under these circum-
stances shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

§ 10-104. Duty to give information and render aid.

(a)    The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident resulting
in injury to or death of any person or damage to any vehicle or other
property which is driven or attended by any person shall give his
name, address, and the registration number of the vehicle he is driv-
ing, and upon request and if available shall exhibit his driver's license
to any person injured in the accident or to the driver or occupant
of or person attending any vehicle or other property damaged in the
accident and shall give the information and upon request exhibit
the license to any police officer at the scene of the accident or who is
investigating the accident and shall render to any person injured in
the accident reasonable assistance, including the carrying, or the
making of arrangements for the carrying, of such person to a phy-
sician, surgeon, or hospital for medical or surgical treatment if it is
apparent that this treatment is necessary or if the carrying is re-
quested by the injured person.

(b)    If none of the persons specified is in condition to receive the
information to which they otherwise would be entitled under sub-
section (a) of this section, and no police officer is present, the driver
of any vehicle involved in the accident after fulfilling all other
requirements of section 10-102 and subsection (a) of this section, in-
sofar as possible on his part to be performed, shall forthwith report
the accident to the nearest office of a duly authorized police authority
and submit thereto the information specified in subsection (a) of
this section.

§ 10-105. Duty upon striking unattended vehicle or other property.

(a)    The driver of any vehicle which collides with any vehicle
which is unattended shall immediately stop and shall then and there
either locate and notify the operator or owner of the vehicle of the
name and address of the driver and owner of the vehicle striking the
unattended vehicle or shall leave in a conspicuous place in the vehicle
struck a written notice giving the name and address of the driver
and of the owner of the vehicle doing the striking.

(b)    The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident resulting
only in damage to fixtures legally upon or adjacent to a highway shall
take reasonable steps to locate and notify the owner or person in
