any manner in violation of the restrictions imposed in a restricted
license issued to him.

§ 6-114. Duplicate License.

(a)    A license issued under this subtitle shall expire as the de-
partment determines, on either the last day of the licensee's birth
month or on the actual anniversary of his birth, in the year deter-
mined as follows: If the licensee was born in an odd numbered year,
his license shall expire in the odd numbered year next following the
year in which his license was issued; if the licensee was born in an
even numbered year, his license shall expire in the even numbered

(b)    The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall mail to each

suspended, the applicant's general physical condition, and such other
information and answers as the Commissioner by regulation shall
require.

(c)    Notwithstanding subsection (a), a license held by any per-
son who enters or is on active service in the Armed Forces of the

active service continues and the person is absent from this State, and
for a further period of thirty days following the date of the person's
discharge or separation from active service or return to this State,
unless the license is sooner suspended, cancelled, or revoked for
cause according to law. A license which otherwise would have ex-
pired under subsection (a) shall be valid only if the licensee has in
