next County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of
Chester in said County on the third tuesday of August Instant
then and there to Testifie in behalf of his Lordship against
the afd William Cole Then this recognizance to be Void Else
to remain in full force in Law            Henry Evans
Ordered by this Court here that the afd William Cole give
Security for the fees Accrueing on the premisses afd to the
Officers of this Court
Thereupon William Cole and Richard Gresham of Kent
County present here in Court in there proper persons Comes
and Acknowledges themselves Indebted unto his Lordship
the Right honourable the Lord propry of Maryland in the sum
of five hundred pounds of tobacco each to be made and Leveyed
on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the
Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that William Cole do pay the
Fees Accrueing on the premisses afd to the Officers of this
Court Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain
in full force in Law
And now here to wit at Kent County afd at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of Augt.
being the fifteenth day of said moneth in the year of Our Lord
Seventeen hundred thirty and eight Cometh the afd William
Cole here into Court in his proper person and prayeth
that his recognizance and his Suretys may be discharged
Ordered by this Court that William Cole and Stephen
Glanvill their recognizances taken as afd for the Appeare.
of the afd William to this Court may be discharged
William Cole & Stephen Glanvill their recognizances
taken as afd is by this Court here discharged there being
no Cause Shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said day and year afd last mentioned cometh
William Granger here into Kent County Court and prayeth
that his recognizance taken as afd for his Appearance
as an Evidence in behalf of his Ldp against the afd
William Cole may be discharged
Ordered by this Court here that the afd William
