His Lordship    Kent County fst Be it remembered
agt    that on the Seventeenth day of August Anno
William Cole    Dom. 1738 personally Appeared William

    Cole and Stephen Glanvill before me the
Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the
afd County and Acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Lordship
the Right Honourable the Lord propry of Maryland in the
Sum of ten pounds current money of Maryland afd each to
be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands
and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs &
Successors With Condition to this recognizance that Willm.
Cole do make his personall Appearance before the
Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third
tuesday of August Instant then and there to Answer to
such things as Shall be Objected against him on his
Lordships behalf And in the mean time to keep the
peace and be of Good behavour Especially towards
Richard Johnson Then this recognizance to be Void Else
to remain in full force in Law            Henry Evans
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the 17th
day of August Anno Dom. 1738 Personally Appeared Wm.
Granger Before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships
Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknowledged
himself Indebted to his Lordship the right Honourable the
Lord Propry of Maryland in the sum of five pounds
Current money money of Maryland afd to be made and
Leved on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenemts.
for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors
With Condition to this recognizance that he the said Wm.
Granger do make his personall Appearance before
