           Att which Day here Came as well the afsd Robert Heron as the afd Benjamin Warrington by their
Attorneys afd and Hereupon the afd Benjamin prays further Leave thereof to Imparle Here untill Next

the same day is given to the afd Robert here also &c

&c         Att which day here Came as well the afd Robert as the afsd Benjamin by their Attorneys afd & Hereupon the said Ben
-jamin Prays further Leave thereof to Imparle Here untill Next Court to be held at princess Ann Town the third tuesday
of March then next following and he hath it and the same day is given to the afd Robert here also &c
           Att which day here Came as well the afd Robert Heron as the afd Benjamin Warrington by their Attor
-neys afd. And Hereupon the afd Benjamin as before Defends the force and Injury when &c and Says that he cannot
deny the action afd of the afd Robert nor but that he did assume upon himself in Manner and form as the afd.
Robert above against him hath complained and as to the Damage of the same Robert by him by occasion
of the premises in that part Sustained the same Benjamin Warrington Saith and acknowledgeth that
the afd Robert hath Sustained Damages by Occasion of the premises beyound his Costs and charges by
him about his Suit in that part opposed to twenty One pounds Curt Money and Not more and because
the afd Robert Heron denies not this but the same Allegation Grants To be true prays Judgement for
these damages above acknowledged together with his Costs and Charges to him to be adjudged &c
Therefore by Consent of the parties afd it is Considered that the afd Robert Heron Recover against
                                                                                                            Curt Money
the afd Benjamin Warrington his damages afd to the afd twenty one pounds ^ by the afd Benjamin in in
307 1/2    form afd acknowledged as also                                                              pounds of Tobacco for his
Costs and charges afd To the Same Robert Heron at his request by the Court now here of the assent of the parties
afd adjudged which certain Damages in the Whole amount To twenty one pounds Curt Money and
                                         pounds of Tobacco and the afd Benjamin in Mercy &c
Memorandum the Plfe. Releaseth unto the deft. all the above Debt of Twenty one pound Curt Money &c

@    Command was Given unto the sheriff of Somerset County that he should take John Records
SW    John Records    Late of Somerset County planter and Jacob Scott Late of Somerset County planter if they
Should be found in his Bailywick and them should Safe keep So that he might have their bodies before the Jus
-tices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset To be held at princess Ann Town the third tuesday of March
Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty two to answer unto John Elliott of a plea of Covenant bro
-ken &c And the same day is given to the afd John Elliott here And So forth
Att which Day here Came the afd John Elliott by William Hayward his Attorney and the sheriff to witt Eph. Wilson now
here returned that he had taken the afd John Records whose body here at this day he had ready to answer the afd
