Ordered that Samuel Jones, William Roberts, & Lazarus Windsor, Recover against Thomas Miller ninety six pounds of Tobacco Each being
due unto them for their Attendance four days as Evidences on behalf of the said Thomas Miller against Rencher Roberts they haveing
made Oath to the same &c.

Ordered that John Hitch & James Hitch Recover against John Talbot ninety six pounds of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their
Attendance four Days as Evidences on behalf of the said John Talbot against Ricahrd Nichols they haveing made oath to the same &c

                                                                                 Senr.
Ordered that Richard Tull Recover against William Waters ^ ninety six pounds of Tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance
four days as an Evidence on behalf of the said William Waters against William Tompson he haveing made Oath to the same &c

Ordered that William Waters Junr Recover against William Waters Senr seventy two pounds of Tobacco being due unto him
for his Attendance three days as an Evidence on behalf of William Waters Senr against William Tompson he haveing
made oath to the same &c

Or^eded that Joseph Scroggin Recover against Joseph Collins ninety six pounds of Tobacco being due unto him for his Atten
-dance four Days as an Evidence on behalf of the said Joseph Collins against Samuel Jackson Baily he having made oath to the same &c

Ordered that George Bennet Recover against John Nelson forty Eight pounds of Tobacco being due unto him for his Atten
-dance two days as an Evidence on behalf of the said John Nelson against Levin Roberson he haveing made Oath to the same &c

His Lordship
@    Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that Immediately he Should
Wm. Duett    Take William Duett if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him Should Safe keep so
that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now Sitting
at Princes Ann Town this Instant November to Answer unto his Lordship of an Concerning his the
said Wm. behaveing Indecently Contemptuously to a Certain Sampson Wheatly one of his Lordships Justices
the peace for the County of Somerset in the Execution of the Office of a Majestrate &c
           And afterwards in the Same Court Came As well the afd. Sampson Wheatly as the afd.
                       thereupon as well
Wm. Duett and ^ the Charge against the Said William As the Allegations of the Said William
in Vindication of himself being heard and fully understood it is Considered that the afd. Wm. Duet for
the Offence afd. be fined to his Lordship for the use of the Publick School in the County afd. the Quantity of
Two hundred pounds of Tobacco &c.

WH    John Gale & John Ponsonby

@    Command was Given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he Should take
GH    Southy Wheeler    Southy Wheeler Late of Somerset County Planter was Attached to Answer unto if he
Should be found in his Bailywick and him Should Safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his
Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of August Anno Dom. 1762 to
Answer unto John Gale and John Ponsonby of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c. And the Same day is Given to the afd.
Gale and Ponsonby here &c.       Att which day here Came the afd. Gale and Ponsonby by William Hayward their
Attorney and the Sheriff to witt Ephraim Wilson now here Returned that he had taken the afd. Southy Wheeler whose
body here at this day he had Ready to Answer the afd. Gale and Ponsonby of the afd. plea as to him it was Commanded
           Whereupon the Said Southy Wheeler at the prayer of the afd. Gale and Ponsonby is Adjudged to give Special bail
to the Action afd. Thereupon a Certain William Addams of Somerset County Gent Present herein Court in his proper
Person undertook for the Said Southy Wheeler and Assumed upon himself that if it Should happen that Judgment in
the plea afd. Should be Rendred for the Said Gale and Ponsonby Against the afd. Southy Wheeler or that he the
Said Southy Should be therein Convict that then he the Said Southy Should pay and Satisfie unto the John Gale and
John Ponsonby the Judgment of the Court thereupon or Render his body in Execution of Such Judgment to the prison
of the Sheriff of the County afd. in Satisfaction thereof or that he the Said William Addams will do the Same
for him &c.       Whereupon the Said Southy Wheeler Puts in his Place George Hayward Gent Attorney
at Law Against the afd. Gale and Ponsonby of the afd. plea
        And thereupon at the prayer of the Parties afd. day is to them now here Given untill next Court to be
held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of November then next following in the State that now &c
      Att which day here Came the parties afd. by their Attorneys afd. And hereupon the Said Gale and Ponsonby
