Somerset fs^t Know all men by these Presents that we Jacob Adams
Samuel Addams and Elias White of Somerset County are held
                          unto
and firmly Bound ^ Samuel Collins Adams Isaac Addams and
Ann Mary Addams Representatives of Collins Addams dec^d:
in the full and Just sum of Four hundred and Ninty Nine pounds
fourteen Shillings Current money of Maryland to be paid to the
said Samuel Colling Addams Isaac Addams and Ann Mary Addams
them or any of them their or any of their heirs Executors Adminis:
:trators or Assigns to the which payment well and Truly to be made
and done we bind our selves and Each of us our and Each of our
heirs Executors Administrators for the Whole and in the whole
Joyntly and Severally firmly by these Presents Sealed with our Seals
and Dated this 19 day of August Anno Dom. 1762
The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas
the Commissary General hath Transmitted unto this Court the Account
of the Estate of Collins Addams deceased Wherein it is found that
there is a Ballance due to the above said Representatives the sum of
Two Hundred and forty Nine Pounds Seventeen Shillings and Six
pence three farthings Current money therefore if the abovesaid
Jacob Addams, Samuel Addams, and Elias White them or any
of them their or any of their heirs Executors Administrators do
and Shall well and Truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the
above said Representatives the afs^d. Sum of Two Hundred and
forty Nine pounds Seventeen Shillings and Six pence three
farthings Current money According to Act of Assembly and
Deceased Will when they Shall Arrive at full age to Receive
the same then the above Obligation to be Void Else to Remain in
full force and Virtue
