Present herein Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. James in the Sum of
thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland on their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally
to the use of the Said James his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Phillip Murray
do not during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Caulker and to Read well in the Testament and at
the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a Pea Jacket over and above his Common Wearing Cloaths and do not
Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an
Apprentice to have and Wear during the term afd.

James Hust    James Hust of Somerset County Inholder Came here into Court in his Proper Person and Prays that
Lycence to keep    he May be Permitted to keep an Ordinary or house of Entertainment in the County afd. at his Own house for
tavern    the use and Conveniency of Travellers and Strangers as to them Respectively Shall Seem meet which is by
the Court here unto him Granted he Giveing Security as the Law directs to keep Good Rules and orders in his Ordinary
or house of Entertainment as afd.    Whereupon the Said James Hust together with John Piper and Levin More
of Somerset County Planters his Securitys all Present here in Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves
Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry of the Province of Maryland in thirty pounds
Curt Money of Said Province of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands and Tenements Joyntly and Severally to the
Use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said James Hust
do not keep Good Rules and orders and do Suffer Idle Loose disorderly persons to Tipple Game and Commit
disorders or Other Irregularitys in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment Contrary to the true Intent and
Meaning of the Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c

John Cottingham    To the Worshipfull Bench of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the Humble Petition of John
      Petn    Cottingham humble Prayeth that Your Worships Would be pleased to Grant him a Commission
for to Prove the bounds of a tract of Land Called Boston or Any other Bounds on which the Same may
Depend as he is in duty bound will Every pray                                     John Cottingham
        November ye. 17th day 1761
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the Petition
afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue
to the afd. John Cottingham as by the Petition afd. is praid and that Abraham Outen, Purnall Outen
James Gunby and Josephas Bell of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same
Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c

Jacob Cullen    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court now Sitting the Humble Petition of Jacob
      Pet.    Cullin plainly Sheweth that Whereas Your Petitioner is Possest with a part of a tract of Land
Called Happ Hazard which is uncertain to Bounds and Your petitioner humbly prayeth that your Worships
would be pleased to Grant him a Commission to Examine Evidences in Relation thereto or the Bounds of Any
Other on which the Same may depend on and for which Your Petitioner as in duty bound shall Ever pray &c

   Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper person and thereupon the Petition afd. being
Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. Jacob
Cullin as by the Petition afd. is praid and that John Williams, Wm. Miles, Isaac Coulbourn and Wm. Coulbourn
of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in
Such Case Provided &c

Wm. Turpin    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the humble Petition of
   Petn.    Wm. Turpin Senr. Sheweth that your Petitioner is possest of part tract of Land Called Neighbours
Agreement the Bounds of Said Land is Precarious the Said Petitioner therefore prays your Worships will
Appoint and order Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Relation to the Bounds thereof or the Bounds of
Any Other tract of Land on which the Bounds of the Same may Depend Your Petitioner as in duty bound
