law in State cases, but the officers of registration

 

shall not charge any fee for the issuing of such pro-

 

cess or receive any fee or emoluments for this or any

 

other service they may perform in the proper dis-

 

charge of their duties, except provided in this article.

 

SEC. 15. And be it enacted, That immediately after

by the constitution, except for Senators or Members

 

of the House of Delegates, the Clerk of the Circuit

voters of the several election districts of said county,

 

or of the several precincts of Baltimore city sit with

tively registered or have otherwise become disquali-

 

fied: and the said respective Officers of Registration
