Major German Horton Hunt Emory D.S.C., 320th Infantry
Captain Frederick Campbell Colston, 155th Field Artillery
Lieutenant Merrill Rosenfeld, D.S. C. 115th Infantry
Lieutenant William Earl Fraley, 313th Infantry
Ensign John Ganster, Naval Air Service
Lieutenant George Roger Page, 317th Infantry
Comments:
The Maryland State Bar Association dedicated a similar memorial to these men at the Maryland Court of Appeals on January 11, 1921
