Comments:
The original portrait was damaged in the 1950’s during renovations to the courthouse. A black and white photograph taken in 1938 is the only evidence of the likeness of the portrait. The new portrait was unveiled for the 150th anniversary of the Library Company of the Baltimore Bar.
