Fanning, Domnie, (MSA SC4300-488 ), CE, in 1752 was allowed to keep school in the vestry house of St. Stephen's Church. Robert Cummings stood surety that he would not injure it (George Johnston, History of Cecil County Maryland (1881), p.  220).
