Served in U.S. Army, 1944-46.  Real estate and insurance broker.  Past President, Young Democrats of Charles County; Indian Head Business Association. Past Vice-President, Charles County Junior Chamber of Commerce.  Past Director, Charles County Chamber of Commerce.  Regional Director, Boy Scouts of America.  Member, Lions; Moose; American Legion.
