President and Executive Committee Member, Eastside Democratic Organization.  Member, Dunbar Community High School Council; Clifton Park Junior High School Community Council.  President, Police Community Council, Northeaster Police Station.  Treasurer, East Baltimore Community Corporation and East Baltimore Medical Plan.  Founder and President, Coldstream Park Neighborhood Improvement Association.  Member, U.S.W. Local #2609; Prince Hall Grand Lodge, F. & A. M.
