SAMUEL W. BARRICK
Democrat, Frederick County.

Member of Senate, 1959-62.

Born in Woodsboro, September 27, 1924. Attended Woodsboro and Frederick public schools; Mercersburg Academy, Mercersburg, PA; Severn School, Severna Park, MD; Gettysburg College, A.B., 1948; University of Maryland Law School, LL.B., 1952. Admitted to the Maryland Bar. Served as navigator with U.S. Army Air Force, 1943-45. State's Attorney, Frederick County, 1954-59.
