COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY DIVISION
Renamed Information Technology Division in Oct. 1999.

ELECTION MANAGEMENT DIVISON
Merged with Election Reform Division in Feb. 2013 to form Election Reform and Management Division.

ELECTION REFORM DIVISION
Created in 2004, Election Reform Division was formed to oversee implementation of federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 (P.L. 107-252).

In Feb. 2013, Division functions merged with Election Management Division to form Election Reform and Management Division.

ELECTION SYSTEMS
Renamed Voting Systems in Jan. 1998.

FIELD SUPPORT DIVISION
Under Information Technology and Security, merged with Election Management Systems to become Election Management Systems and Field Support Division by Jan. 2024.

FINANCE & BUDGET MANAGEMENT, & PROCUREMENT
Under Administration, reformed as Budget and Finance by Sept. 2023.

FINANCE DIVISION
Reorganized as Finance and Budget Management, and Procurement by 2022.

FISCAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION
Renamed Budget and Personnel Division in June 2004.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION
Renamed Information Technology and Security Division in 2006.

MILITARY & OVERSEAS VOTERS
Abolished in Dec. 2016. Functions absorbed by Voter Registration and Petitions Division.

PERSONNEL SERVICES DIVISION
Formerly under Finance, Budget Management, and Procurement, renamed Human Resources in 2019, and transferred to Administration.

PROCUREMENT
Under Budget and Finance Division, renamed Procurement and Contract Compliance in April 2014.

VOTER REGISTRATION DIVISION
In June 2004, renamed Voter Registration and Petitions Division.

VOTING SYSTEMS
Renamed Voting Systems and State Procurement in Oct. 1999.

VOTING SYSTEMS & STATE PROCUREMENT
Renamed Voting Systems Division in 2010.

VOTING SYSTEMS DIVISION
Voting Systems Division began as Election Systems. In 1998, it was renamed Voting Systems and, in 1999, reformed as Voting Systems and State Procurement. It re-emerged as Voting Systems Division in 2010.

Division oversaw operation of statewide uniform computer voting system.

Voting units were tested by Division which provided them to local boards of elections for use on election day. Division also oversaw acquisition, upgrade, and use of electronic pollbooks at polling places to verify names and addresses of eligible voters.

Absorbed into Information Technology and Security Division in 2020.
