New Retention Forms

The Maryland State Archives and the Department of General will soon launch an updated form for retention schedule and inventory creation and revision. This new form streamlines the schedule creation and revision processes by combining the DGS 550-1 schedule form and the DGS 550-4 inventory form. The new form also gives you the option of drafting your schedule as a Googledoc, to make it easier for schedule draft reviews and revision. Or, you can use the form as a Word doc.
