Is there anything new to be learned about the history of Colonial Annapolis?

Before we are through this morning, I hope I will have provided answers to this and two other related questions:

1) who was the first president to occupy the white house?

2) who was the first sitting vice president of the United States to sleep in the Carroll house?

All three are in part trick questions that need to be examined for their meaning as much as for the answers that I or any historian might give.
