An act to encourage the further settlement of the town of Alexandria in the county of Fairfax

Mentions several former acts for erecting, enlarging and encouraging the settlement of Alexandria.

October 1789-14th of Commonwealth, Chap. XIV (H13: 17-21)

Sect. 11 repeats seventh condition of 1785 act verbatim.
