Biography:
Delilah Murray absconded from Athur T. Jones' farm, Swan Point, around
September 16, 1814. She reached British ships on the Patuxent River with
seven other fellow slaves: Jacob

Horner, Hannah
Lyles, John Chambers and
Polly
Chambers.1
