I, Joseph M. Marshall of Baltimore Maryland do make
publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, and do revoke
and annul all wills by me heretofore made,
I give, bequeath and devise to my wife, Mary A. Marshall,
all of my
property, real, personal and mixed, and wherever situate, and all my
rights and credits of all and every kind, to her, her heirs, &
assigns for-
ever absolutely and in fee simple.
Having absolute confidence in the judgment and discretion
of my
wife and the disposition of what she may leave at her death among my
children. I put no conditions upon the estate nor limitation
of any
kid, and she shall not be required to execute bond or give security
for the execution hereof.
And I do hereby nominate and appoint her Executrix
of this Will,
witness my hand this June 9th 1885 at Jackson Tennessee.

Signed, sealed, and declared by Jos. M. Marshall to be his last Will
and Testament in our presence and we do each witness the same at his
request and in his immediate presence and in the presence of
each other
