Papers) Buck Neck and Love Point Farm, packet no. 74 [MSA C2843-74, 2/16/8/13]
There appears to have been a dispute between Bouldin and the Love Point Land and Improvement Company concerning payment for work done. It is unclear if it progressed to the courts or not, but corrispondance from November, 1901, on page 8 indicates that no money was recovered by Bouldin for their surveying. Cases Instituted and Judgement Records from Baltimore City Court and Superior Court were searched 1899-1902; no records found.
