Dear Members of the OAH Committee on Research & Access to Historical Documentation:

As Dr. Papenfuse is unable to attend the OAH meeting in San Jose, the conference call to discuss the following issues has been scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, March 25, 2005.  All you need to do is call 410-260-7771 at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow.  You will automatically be conferenced in with the other participants (at the time of this email, only Bruce Craig and Nancy Berlage have responded).

Agenda:

Open Government Act (S. 394HR 5073),

topics to discuss with Dr. Weinstein, PRA E.O. and generalized discussion of access at presidential libraries (submitted by Bruce Craig)

Nixon Presidential library and problems with shipping and declassifying documents;

declassification in general (submitted by Nancy Berlage)

Access to databases that are available only in university libraries (submitted by Lee Formwalt)
