Assistance and oversight for scanning of 3 issue from two bound volumes,
borrowed from The Afro-American Newspaper, Baltimore Office.

Procedure to be followed for Zuetchel scanning of fragile bound volumes:
1)Open cover and turn pages in small groups to reach the center of thick volumes.
2)Carfully handle pages - newspapers are large and thin sheets of poor quality acidic paper.
3)Carefully close Zuetchel glass onto book.
4)Consider the option of black paper to reduce "bleed through"
5)Close book by once again turning pages in small groups to reach the front.
