of election, to supply vacancies thus created, in the same manner as the
President of the Senate for the time being is authorised to do in virtue
of an act to amend the constitution and form of government of the State
of Maryland, chapter one hundred and ninety-seven, passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and confirmed December session, eighteen

Certified Real Estate Appraisers FOR the purpose of proposing an
amendment to the Constitution to authorize the Montgomery County Council
to appoint a licensed and certified real estate appraiser to estimate the
fair market value of property situated in the county
subject to immediate taking under existing law; and submitting this
