Upon motion of Mr. Ramsay, seconded by Dr. Remsen, the agreement made on April llth, 1913, with the Luck Construction Company, of Roanoke, Virginia, for resurfacing thi-t portion of the Harford Road beginning at Winter's Run and ending at the town limits of Bolair, in Harford County, a distance of about l.l>0 miles, was ratified and approved. C. 3vano, at his bid of $21,660.95, for a macadam roadway, as recommended by Chiof Engineer Shirley, in his letter of April i>4th, 1913. S. Swann, at his bid of $23,433,83, as recommended by Chief Sngineer Shirley, in his letter of April 26th, 1913.
