of I. G. Robinson, Contractor on Contract #0£40, on tho Hew Market-Hew London
Final estimate of I. G.  poadt in Frederick bounty, amounting to $3,684.12, waf approved, as recom-Hoblnson, Contract #0240 approved	mended by Chief 3ngineer Shirley in his letter of January 4, 1913.  The sum
of $1,000.00 having been advanced on said final estimate on January 4, 1913, by voucher #21317, the balance of $2,684.12 was ordered paid.
Upon motion of Mr. Goslin, seconded by Dr. Clark, tho supplementary Final estimate of Freoh final estimate of Frech and Alien, Contractors on Contract #0203-B, Gam-
& Alien, Contract #020^0Br_.pQ   RQ   ln Carroll Countyt amounting to $1,315.01, was approved, approved.
and ordered paid, as recommended by Chief Engineer Shirloy in his letter
of January 4, 1913.
Dr. Clark made a motion that we procoeO to prepare an annual re-Report of the Commissionport, in accordance v;ith the terms of the Act, v/hich state that the Comas to status and pro-  nlsslon shall compile and publish statistics relating to tho public roads gross of State roads
of the State, sho-.ving the status and progress of the \vork done, etc., this
motion received no second.
Upon motion of Mr. Goslin, seconded by Llr. Ramsay, tho County Commissioners of Quo en Anne's County were authorized and ompov/ered to con-County Commissioners of
^     struct, under the State Aid Law, the Fingerboard ?oad, the Millington Queen Anne's County,
authorized to construct Road, and the Stevensville Road, provided that in no event shall the ineton Sand°StevensvilleState Roads Commission pay for tho total construction of same, more than Road, under State-aid,  one-half of tho approximate estimate of Chief Engineer Shirley, this action
being taken in response to the letter of County Roc.ds Engineer Echnepfe,
dated January 3, 1913.

Construction Co.      Of Ridge Avenue and the Baltimore and .7ashington Boulevard, cross country
to a point about 300 feet North of the road from Lansdown on the boulevard, in Baltimore County, provided this bid is approved by the B. & 0. Railroad Company, v/hich has agreed to pay for this work, which is upon a relocation deeded to the Commit, si on by said Company.
