(1) That the Comity GommissionerB of Montgomery County ir.::.odiatg-ly put the State Roads built by them in u condition satisfactory to Chief Sngineer Shirley, and that these roads, when t:o repaired, shall be accepted by the Cormission. (2) That r.r. Hutton "be permitted to finish ML- road, provided he complete it this fall, and that it be finished under the cuoervirion of the Commission, in exactly the ear.e v/ay tliat other roadu are "bein^ supervised throughout the State.
