The report dated October ery County. gl^ 1912, of the Committee, ooneieting of Commissioner Miller, Chief Engineer Shirley, and Assistant Chairman Zouok, appointed by the Commission on August 16, 1912, for the purpose of investigating and reporting on the status of State Road construction in Montgomery County, was read, after which, a general discussion on the subject was had with the delegation present, which lasted until 12.30 P. M. After the hearing, it was voted, upon motion of Dr. Hemsen, seconded by Mr. Hamsay, that action on the report be deferred until a future meeting of the Commission. Upon motion of Mr. Ramsay, seconded by Mr. Goslin, the action of the Chairman was ratified, and he was instructed to stop further work under this contract until a satisfactory title la secured from the town.
