Seth, Boed Bngineer of Talbot County, dated October 7th and 8th, 1912, for pemrlta requested by the County Commies loners of Talbot County, for notices regulating travel over certain bridges in that county, under the provisions of Chapter 372 of the Acts of 1912, upon motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Mr. Miller, the Chairman was instructed to write the Road Sngineer of Talbot County that we have no funds available for complying with his request, but that if the State is furnished with the funds for having an examination of the bridges made, we will have it done by an engineer. A delegation from Catonsville, headed by Senator John Hubner, appeared before the Commission, and urged that three dangerous places on the Frederick Road be temporarily repaired, and upon motion of Mr. Goslin, seconded by Mr. Ramsay, the Chairman was authorized to make such repairs. Upon motion of Mr. Ramsay, seconded by Mr. Goslin, it was voted that the bid of P. F. Reddington for $22,350.77, for the improvement of Hanover Street, between Winder St. and Cromwell St., in Baltimore City, our Contract #0266, be accepted, as recommended by Chief Sngineer Shlrley, under date of October 8, 1912, Upon motion of Mr. Ramsay, seconded by Mr. Goslin, it was voted that th» contract of the Hassam Paving Company with the Contract of the Haesam Paving County Commissloners of Anne Arundel County, for the improvement on Contract $£64 acceoted- of Pennington Avenue in Anne Arundel County, our Contract #264, at their bid price of $14,767.18, be approved.
