Upon motion of Mr. Goslin, seconded by Mr. Miller, it was voted that the bid of Carozca & Levesza for $18,643.90, our Contract #0207, on the road from Cranberry to Mexico, in carroll County, be rejected, as being about Z0% above our estimate, and in accordance with the recommendation of Chief Engineer Shirley, dated September 19, 1912.
Upon motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by !ir. Ramsay, it was voted that the awarding of the contract for the improvement of the Beleamp Road in Harford County, our Contract #104, by the County Commissioners of Harford County to Thomas C. Forsythe, at his bid price of $14,819.05, be approved, as recommended by Chief Engineer Shirley in his letter of September 26th, 1912.
Upon motion of Mr. Goslin, seconded by Mr. Miller, it was voted that the awarding of the contract for the improvement of the fesley Chapel Road in Harford County, our Contract #199, by the County Commissioners of Harford County to Thomas C. Forsythe, at his bid price of $11,585.25, be approved, as recommended by Chief .Engineer Shirley in his letter of September 26th, 1912.
Upon motion of Dr. Rensen, seconded by Mr. Miller, it was voted that the time for the completion of the 7/arren Bros. Company's contract on the Harford Road, our Contract #0255, be extended to October 15, 1912, as reeomr.ended by Chief Engineer Shirley in his letter of September 24, 1912.

Upon motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Mr. Miller, it was voted that the plans submitted by Chief Sngineer Shirley for the improvement of the Reisterstown Road, from Fulton Avenue to the entrance to Druid Hill Park, at Park Heights Avenue, be approved, and that the Chairman and the Chief Sngineer be authorized to take such steps in conjunction with the City Authorities as are necessary to have this work done.
