Cdntract #07B,road from Cambridge to Jit. Holly, awarded to Phillips &
Upon motion of Lir. Goslin, seconded by Govornor Goldsborough, it was voted that the Chairman bo authorized to enter into a contract Haesaro Concrete Hoad thro1 with the Hassaro Paving Company, being our Contract tf08-B, Section
2-B, of State Hoad #1, for the construction of an 18' Hassam Concrete Road through the village of Laurel, in Prince George's County.
Upon motion of Governor Goldsborough, seconded by Mr. Goslin, it wus voted that Contract #075, for the macadamizing of the road from Cambridge to Mt. Holly, in Dorchester County, be awarded to Phillips & ITeal, at the price submitted by them in their bid, provided they will agree to complete said contract on or before December 31, 1912 ; and in the event that they will not covenant so to do, said Contract is to be awarded to the Chesapeake Construction Company, a^ the same sura as that bid on said work by Phillips & Heal, provided the Chesapeake Construction Company will agree to take it at that figure, and will agree to complete the said road by December 31, 1912 ;  and that the adjustment of this contract along these lines, be left with the Chairman of the Commission.
Upon motion of Governor Goldsborough, seconded by Mr.
Goslin, it was voted that tho bill of the County Commissioners of
Caroline County, amounting to $12,771.69 for financing to completion Payment of Contract #055-A Contract #055-A in Caroline County, in conformity with the for completing contract in resolution of the State Roads Commission, be paid, but that it first Caroline County.         t>e referred to the Counsel of the Commission, and if, in his
opinion there are legal funds available from which it can be paid,
that it be so paid.
Upon motion of Governor Goldsborough, seconded by Mr. Lliller, it was voted that action on the request of the Hoad
Directors of Allegany County, dated September 11, 1912. as to the Postponement of action to
be taken on Road Directors bid and work on Contract #196, Corrigansville Road, Section 2, in
of Allegany Ccanty,
