Upon motion of Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr* Ramsay, the bids for the improvement of a section of State Aid Road, known as the Wesley Chapel Road, Contract £199, In Harford County, were rejected, upon the suggestion of the County Commissioners, the same to be readvertised, reducing the macadam to twelve feet. Upon motion of Mr. Goslin, seconded by Mr. Miller, the bids for Penning ton Avenue, State Aid Contract #264, in Anne Arundel County, were rejected on advice of Mr. Smith, one of the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County, being more money than they desired to spend on that Avenue.
