Upon motior. of Mr. Ramsay, seconded by Mr* Goslin, it was voted, that the Contract mede August 14, 1912, being #0178 and #00170, with the Luck Construction Company of Roauoke, Virginia, for the resurfacing of a portion of the Harford Road, from the western limits of Belair, in Harford County, southerly, to the eastern end of the road known as the Black Gap Road, a distance of about three miles, and also of the road beginning at the eastern limits of Belair and extending to Churohville, a distance of about five miles, be, and the same is, hereby approved.

Francis, of Punxsutawney, Fa., dated August 16th, 1912, being f0147, for the resurfacing of not to exceed six miles of the Old National Highwqr, In Allegany County, beginning at the foot of Polish Mountain and extending east, be, and the same is, hereby ratified and approved*
