final estimate of work done on our Contract #055-A, on the Greensboro-Denton Road in Caroline County, amounting to $1966.15 be approved, and that the County Commissioners of Caroline County be advised of this action, and that they be requested to submit to this Commipeion a full account of the cost of this work.
Moved by Mr. Ramsay, seconded by Mr. Miller, that H. £. Gray be given an extension of time on his Contract #243 (S.A.R.), on Patapsco Street in Anne Arundel County, until September 1, 1912.

Forsythe & Spencer, contractors on Contract #0173, on the Kingsvilie-Belair Road in Harford County, as to which Chief Engineer Shirley recommends that, If the contractors do not increase their equipment at least* 200$ within the next 15 days, this contract be taken from them and placed in other hands, be referred to the Chairman, with power to act.
