Rich on Contract #06-B, State Road #1, amounting to $10997.40 as against our estimate of $10632.84, be accepted, and that the contract bo awarded to U. D. Rich. The motion was adopted. It was moved by Governor Goldsborough, seconded by Mr. Ramsay, that the resignation of I.lr. W. W. Crosby, as Chief Engineer of the State Roads Commission, bo, and the same is hereby accepted, to take effect from June 15, 1912, and that Mr. Crosby be retained as Consulting Engineer for the Commission from June 15, 1912, to August 1, 1912, at the same rate of salary he has heretofore received,
