Mr* Robert 3. Hioknan forwarded to the Commission a petition asking for a change in the route of the State Road in Worcester
Petition for change in route County between Pooomoke City and Snow Hill, so as to have the road between Pooomoke City and    go ^7 way °* Girdletroe and Stool:ton. On motion of Dr. Clark.
Snow Hill.	seconded by Dr. Remsen, the Chairman was requested to notify Mr.
Hiokraan that the Ooraniseion can see no reason for changing the route of this road as originally laid out.
Dr. Clark noved that the Chief Sngineer be requested to report to the Commission as to the nachinery and other equipment purchased by this Commission out of the funds of the Commission ; how tho costs of such machinery have been distributed among the several counties ; what m&ohinery is today owned by the Commission, and where located, and how much has boon bought for each county and charged to the allotment of each county. Furthermore, that the Chief Sngineer report to the Ooraraission his views regarding the advisability of purchasing machinery and equipment out of the allotment of tho several counties.  The motion being seconded by Kr. Shoemaker, was carried.

Dr. Clark moved that the Counsel be requested to inform the Board as to its power to purchase machinery and other equipment out of the allotments of the several counties.  The motion was seconded by l.Ir. Lloyd, and carried.
On motion of Dr. Hensen, seconded by Lur. Hutton, the
Petition of C.A.Murphy, et  petition of C. Arthur Murphy, et al, for continuing the improve-al regarding improvement of sient of tho national Pike west of Prostburg in Garrett County, was Uational Pike.         referred to the Chairman, with power.
Dr. Clark moved that all bills, this day approved by the
Approved bills ordered paid. Auditing Committee, be paid. The motion being seconded by Mr.
Lloyd, was adopted.
