Chairman, Counsel and Chief Sngineer, with power.
The Chairman read a oomnonlcation to the Board from Messrs, P. Planigan & Sons, under date of April 3rd, in reply to a letter from Chief Snglneer 0roeby, issuing Instructions to Messrs. Planigan to plug the eevrer of Dr. Theodore Cooke on the Harford Road, as ordered by the Commission on January 25th, wherein Messrs. Planigan stated that if the Commission would assume all responsibility and liability for the closing of this sewer, they would proceed to carry out its instructions. On motion of Dr. Hensen, seconded by Mr. Lloyd, the matter was referred to Counsel.
