Mr, Shoemaker moved that the question of the removal of the toll gate house on the Roisterstown Road near Druid Hill Park, be referred to the Chairman with power. The motion being seconded by Mr. Lloyd, was adopted. Chairman WeHer read a communication from Herbert H. Wooden, 3sq«, of the House of Delegates, enclosing copy of a bill prepared for submission to the Legislature regarding claim of David 3. Walsh for work done on Contract £0201 in Carroll County. On motion of Dr. Clark, seconded by Mr. Lloyd, the matter was referred to the Chairman, with power. Dr. Clark moved that all bills this day approved by the Auditing Committee, be paid. The motion was seconded by Mr. Lloyd, and adopted. Dr. Clark moved that the final estimate of the Hassam Paving Company on Contract #01272 (Annapolis Boulevard), amounting to §5,909.43, be paid, the work under this contract accepted and bond released, provided the contractor will agree to repair any defects in the macadam to June 1st, 1912, as recommended by the Chief Engineer. The motion was seconded by Mr. Lloyd, and adopted. On motion of Dr. Clrrk, seconded by Mr. Lloyd, the Commission adjourned to meet Monday, March 18th, 1912, at 11 A. M. ADJOUHHSD.
