On motion of Mr. Lloyd, seconded by Dr. Remsen, the reoomnendatlon of the Chairman and Counsel that the deduction of extra cost of inspection on Contract #0170 in Harford County, amounting to $700 fron the final estimate of J. ff. Silver & Co., as recommended by the Chief Engineer, be waived, was approved.
On motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Mr. Lloyd, the bill of H. C. Bourke for $37,50 for damages to peach trees on the Annapolis Boulevard, was referred to the Chairman for final adjustment.
Dr. Clark moved that the question of rights-of-way for road in Carroll County through the properties of Messrs. Keggins and Hiner at Smallwood, be referred to Mr. Shoemaker, with power.  The motion was seconded by Dr. Rerasen, and adopted.
Dr. Clark moved that a payment of $100. for right-of-way through the Warwick property on Contract #091 in Somerset County, be authorized.  The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted*
The Chairman stated that Mr. wm. M. 31der, contractor on work on the Falls Road (Contract #0180) had inquired as to the payment of interest due on assigned estimates accepted and approved by the Commission. On motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Mr. Lloyd, the Chairman was requested to inform Mr. Elder that interest on his assigned estimates will be allowed provided bill for same is filed with this Commission.
Dr. Clark moved that all bills this day approved by the Auditing Committee, be paid. The motion was seconded by Mr, Lloyd, and adopted.
Dr. Clark moved that the Chairman be authorized to pay the balance of the purchase price of the Heisterstown Turnpike within the limits of Baltimore City, amounting to $65,000, with interest thereon at the rate of 2$ from October 26th, 1911, to February 26th, 1912. The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted.
On motion of Dr. Hemsen, seconded by Mr, Lloyd, the Commission adjourned to meet at its offices on Friday, March let, 1912, ar 11 A. H.
