Rp.TA Page 381, Governor Goldsborough offered the following resolutions, V7hich were seconded by Dr. Remsen, and adopted: "RSSOL73D that IJessrs. Shoemaker, Cl-rk and Lloyd are hereby appointed a committee to prepare at once a detailed report of the operations of the State Hoads Commission since its organization, which report shall be submitted at the earliest possible date to this Commission. R3SOL73D FURTIIBR. that the said committee shall employ an auditing company to audit the accounts of the Commission, said audit to show the cost of rights-of-way (including turnpikes), grading, surfacing, culverts and bridges, surveying and planning, and inspection on each piece of work ; the cost of machinery, tools, and other equipment together with the proper distribution of these outlays ; and the general expenses of engineering and administration. P~:SOLVTn) F7HTHBR-, that said committee shall report on how much has already been spent on behalf of each county and Baltimore City, what claims are outstanding, and what further amounts must be paid out for each of said counties and city under the existing acts, and also what further contracts have boon made on behalf of said counties and city. r.lSQLTM) FIF.TinR, that the Committee shall include in its report a statement regarding the relative cost and character of the work carried on under the several methods of construction, viz: by contract, by county forces, or by other special arrangements, and such other facts as will show clearly the work of thiu Commission. R3SOL.y/:D FURTHER, that this report when completed by this committee and approved by this Commission shall be printed and transmitted to the General Assembly as the official report of the Commission." On motion of Governor Goldsborough, seconded by Mr. Right-of-way on Gamber-Fenby Shoemaker, the question of a right-of-way for relocation on the Hd. thro' property of I.Ir.Keggins.Gamber-Fenby Road in Carroll County, through the property of Mr. Meggins, was referred to Counsel. ?csolitions regarding report of operations, etc., of State Roads Commission. Committee on relocation thro' Tlkridge, given po\7er» Dr. Clark moved that the Committee appointed December 21st, 1911, to confer with the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Company regarding the construction of the Baltimore & Washington Boulevard through Blkridge, be given power to close the matter. The motion was seconded by llr. Lloyd, and adopted.
