On motion of Mr. Lloyd, seconded by Ur. Hutton, the Chief Engineer's recommendation, that the D. M. Andrew Contracting Company be paid for about 780 brick, man holo frame and cover, cast iron pipe and inlet frane and cover, left on Contract ,/017B because of omission of paving of the 3. I; 0. Railroad'e tracks, said omission having been raade after the contract v/r.s let, was approved.
Dr. Clark noved that an extension of time to July 1st, 1912, be granted I'essrs. S. S. Andrews t~. Son, for the completion of Contract #046 in Cecil Coiinty.  The notion was seconded by Mr. Hutton, and adopted.
On notion of Dr. Rensen, seconded by Mr. Hutton, the Cliaiman v?as authorised to sign statement to the Comptroller for the payment of the State's share of the expense of improving the St. Augustine Road, State Aid Contract ;,-:184, amounting to $5581.58, and the Oxford Road, State Aid Contract #182, in Cecil County, amounting to $2582.66
On motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Governor Crothers, the question of repairing a sewer on the Liberty P.oud at the intersection of Woodbine Avenue, (Contract ,?0188) v/as referred to the Chairman, Counsel and Chief Engineer of the ConniFsion, with power to act.
Dr. Remsen moved that plans, contract and specifications, estimated cost and form for advertising of the Princess Anne-Deal's Island Bridge and Road be furnished the County Commissioners of Somerset County, as requested by their Roads Engineer under date of January 4th, 1912.  The motion was seconded by Mr. Hutton, and .".doptod.
Ivlr. :.:. D. Knight, road superintendent for Montgomery County, addressed a communication to the Commitsion under date of January 5th, regarding time allowed I.Ir. Liace, employed on Contract 7f0255, after suspension of work on said contract.  On motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Governor Crothers, it v/as agreed that I.Ir* Liace be allowed full time for the days which ho works.

Payment authorized for Riggs Rd. Chairman was authorized to sign statement to the Comptroller for In Prince George's County.     the payment of the State's share of the expense of improving the
Riggs Road in Prince George's County, State Aid Contract #208, amounting to $6593.51 on Section 1, and $6576.98 on Section 2.
