On notion of Dr. Rensen, seconded by Mr. Hutton, the Cliaiman v?as authorised to sign statement to the Comptroller for the payment of the State's share of the expense of improving the St. Augustine Road, State Aid Contract ;,-:184, amounting to $5581.58, and the Oxford Road, State Aid Contract #182, in Cecil County, amounting to $2582.66 On motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Governor Crothers, the question of repairing a sewer on the Liberty P.oud at the intersection of Woodbine Avenue, (Contract ,?0188) v/as referred to the Chairman, Counsel and Chief Engineer of the ConniFsion, with power to act. Dr. Remsen moved that plans, contract and specifications, estimated cost and form for advertising of the Princess Anne-Deal's Island Bridge and Road be furnished the County Commissioners of Somerset County, as requested by their Roads Engineer under date of January 4th, 1912.
