The notion v/as seconded by Llr. Hutton, and adopted. On notion of Dr. Ronsen, seconded by I£r. Hutton, the action of the Coranieeion at its meeting of December 21st, 1911, with reference to a leave of absence to the Counsel of the Board for ninety days, v?ithout compensation, -*7&s reconsidered and rescinded. On notion of Dr. Hensen, seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, the Chief 3ngineer v;t s directed to have the work on the Falls Road (Contract #0180) T/ia. ::. 31der, contractor, completed in a satisfactory raanner. On notion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Dr. Reason, the Chairman wac requested to have a nap prepared for each member of the Connies ion, showing thereon the system of roads adopted, surveys rmde, contracts let and roads built to date. A Special Meeting of the State Roads Commission WDS held at its offices in the Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., this Monday, January 8th, 1912, at 9 A. M. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, Dr. Remson, Dr. Clark, Messrs. Shoemaker, Hutton and Lloyd. Governor Crothers moved that the Chairman be authorized to name some competent person to act as Secretary to the Commission during the absence of Mr. 3. S. Goslin. The motion was seconded by Dr. Rerasen, and adopted.
