Mr. Shoemaker moved that the Chairman's warrant on the Comptroller for $6131.62 to be used for expenses of supervision of road work under Chapter 226, Aots of 1904, amended by Chapter 217 of the Aota of 1910, be approved. The motion was seconded by Mr. Lloyd, and adopted.

The Regular Semi-monthly Meeting of the State Roads Commission was held at its offices in the Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., this Thursday, December 21st, 1911, at 10:30 A.M.
Present: Chairman Tucker, Messrs. Pemsen, Clark, Shoemaker, Button and Lloyd.
The minutes of the last meeting of the Commission, Dooember llth, 1911, were read and approved.
Messrs. Prance and Purst of the United Hallways & Sleotrio Company appeared before the Commission relative to differences now existing, and, after discussion, it was, on motion of Dr. Remsen,
